Alpine Aerotech is currently seeking a highly motivated Aerospace Manufacturing Technician to join our rapidly expanding team in West Kelowna.
A Day In The Life of a Aerospace Manufacturing Technician
- Fabrication and assembly of sheet metal including deburring, drilling, CNC/cold forming, riveting, dimpling, resistance welding, grinding, sanding, and blasting;
- Operate machinery in support of production activities including press brakes, riveter/dimplers, resistance welders, pneumatic hand tools, etc.;
- Complete documentation, assign inventory, and allocate labour to work orders as required;
- Perform various production and shop related activities;
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment;
- Fulfill additional duties as required; and
- Uphold an unwavering standard of excellence that impeccable represents the Alpine Aerotech brand.
Our Must Haves
- Grade 12 Diploma, or equivalent;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to generate high quality deliverables;

For successful employees, Alpine Aerotech will provide the training and support to become a Certified Aerospace Manufacturing Technician, recognized by the Canadian Council of Aviation and Aerospace (CCAA). Certified technicians have the opportunity to have expanded job responsibilities and earning potential. To become certified, you must meet the following requirements:
- Complete 48 months of on-the-job training; and
- Obtain endorsement from the Manufacturing Supervisor and/or Manager.

A Day In The Life of an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer
- Perform maintenance on rotary wing aircraft and components;
- Carry out scheduled and unscheduled inspections;
- Troubleshooting;
- Repair and perform function tests of various systems;
- Use appropriate manuals as required;
- Complete and certify tasks and related documentation;
- Service, tow and operate ground equipment;
- Assist in training Apprentice AME’s;

Our Must Haves
- Valid Transport Canada M1 and/or M2 AME License;
- Previous experience working with helicopters;
- Valid driver’s license;

Alpine Aerotech is currently seeking a highly motivated AMCRO Specialist – Aircraft Maintenance Control and Records Officer to join our rapidly expanding team in Abbotsford.
A Day In The Life of an AMCRO Specialist
- Monitor and manage Aircraft maintenance documents related to CH146 maintenance;
- Ensure that all maintenance and modification data is recorded in accordance with Canadian Forces (CF) airworthiness regulations and policies;
- Transcribe maintenance data on the automated data for aerospace maintenance (ADAM) from commercial work orders and review ADAM records prior to aircraft maintenance induction;
- Perform audits of the Maintenance Records Set (MRS);
- Report and investigate Flight Safety related occurrences;
- Manage Malfunction Reports for removed components;
- Fulfill additional duties as required; and
- Uphold an unwavering standard of excellence that impeccably represents the Alpine Aerotech brand.
Our Must Haves
- Prior experience as a Records Control Specialist or having worked in the Canadian Armed Forces as a member of an Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Control Office (AMCRO), preferably on the CH-146, would be considered an asset;
- Familiarity with Canadian Forces Technical Operations (CFTO) and P-Series;
- High level of proficiency in the use of the Automated Data for Aircraft Maintenance (ADAM);
- Experience as an Aircraft Technician (Level A) or Maintenance Crew Leader (Level C) in the Canadian Forces would be considered an asset;
- Familiarity with aircraft worthiness regulations as well as Canadian Forces aircraft maintenance policies;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to generate high quality deliverables;
- Strong time and project management skills and self-motivation;
